OMV Completes Disposal of Stake in MOL

OMV has completed the disposal of its 21.2% stake (which corresponds to 22,179,488 shares) in MOL to Surgutneftegas. The sales price amounts to EUR 1,400 million. With the closing of this transaction OMV does not hold any shares in the Hungarian petroleum group anymore.
