NPOC Wins $402m Gas Contract From Abu Dhabi National Oil Company

The Abu Dhabi National Oil Company has awarded the National Petroleum Construction Company a $402m contract to build part of a natural gas development in the emirate. NPCC will build a gas processing platform and pipeline at the Umm Shaif field, from where gas will be piped 38km to Das Island for initial processing, and then transported to onshore plants in Ruwais and Habshan.

ADMA-OPCO said the work would be completed by mid-2012.
