Midmar Confirms Iraqi Joint Venture Agreement

Midmar Energy Limited confirms that it has just been notified that the joint venture agreement between Midmar’s associate company, Mesopotamia Petroleum Company (“MPC”) and the state-owned Iraqi Drilling Company (“IDC”) has been signed today in Baghdad. The joint venture agreement was signed today by MPC, IDC and the Iraqi Ministry of Oil. Midmar is a founding partner and 31.70% shareholder in MPC.
