Jaap Huijskes Becomes Member of OMV Executive Board for E&P

• Jaap Huijskes will join OMV AG on April 1st, 2010
• He follows Helmut Langanger who leaves OMV end of September 2010
Jaap Huijskes becomes successor of OMV Executive Vice President Helmut Langanger, who is responsible for Exploration and Production.
Native-born Dutchman Huijskes will join OMV by April 1st, 2010; Helmut Langanger leaves the company as scheduled end of September 2010. He will then have reached the age of 60 and wants - as already announced on March 25th 2009 - to end his active career at OMV.
