Jaap Huijskes Becomes Member of OMV Executive Board for E&P

- Jaap Huijskes will join OMV Aktiengesellschaft on April 1st, 2010
- He follows Helmut Langanger who leaves OMV end of September 2010

Native-born Dutchman Jaap Huijskes will join OMV by April 1st, 2010; Helmut Langanger leaves the company as scheduled end of September 2010. He will then have reached the age of 60 and wants - as already announced on March 25th 2009 - to end his active career at OMV.

Peter Michaelis, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, stated:
