In his 29 year career with BP and ARCO, Boubel held leadership positions in every area of development, including design, construction, installation, refurbishment, upgrades and replacement of facilities. He has led development teams that included multiple companies and governmental partners in a range of complex projects, including Russia, the North Slope of Alaska, the Gulf of Mexico, the Caspian Sea area, China, Indonesia, Norway and New Zealand.

“Gary brings to us a depth and breadth of experience that will be extremely helpful in further developing Hess assets,” said Greg Hill, President, Worldwide Exploration and Production. “His impressive track record is a reflection of the outstanding technical, commercial and personal leadership that he has demonstrated throughout his career.”
