Enegi Oil Announces Board changes

Enegi Oil Plc, the western Newfoundland focused oil and gas company, announces changes to its board structure.

Thom Board, Chief Executive Officer, has resigned from the position with immediate effect for personal reasons. In the interim, Alan Minty, the Chairman and former Chief Executive Officer, will take over Thom’s duties in addition to his own until a suitable replacement is found.

Alan Minty, Executive Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of Enegi, said:
“I would like to thank Thom for his contribution to the business both during his time as CEO and prior to joining the Board. We would like to take this opportunity to wish him well in all his future endeavours.”
