Clough Limited Announce Management Changes

Engineering and construction company Clough Limited announces two significant changes to its senior management with the appointment of former Company Secretary, Mark Goodwin to the position of Group Manager Corporate Finance, and former Business Improvement Manager, John Whitehand to the position of Company Secretary.

Mark Goodwin joined Clough in 2005 and was appointed Company Secretary in February 2008. Beginning his career as a Chartered Engineer, he has significant experience in major infrastructure projects. Since 2000 he has focused on mergers and acquisitions working for KPMG and Ernst & Young in the UK and Australia. Mark has managed a number of corporate transactions for the Clough Group, including corporate acquisitions and disposals and debt and capital raisings.

John Whitehand's working career began in the accounting profession with Arthur Andersen & Co working in their Sydney and Perth offices before joining the RTZ group. He has worked in the mining industry for over fifteen years in a range of roles covering treasury, finance, marketing, and business development both in Australia and overseas. For the last twelve years John has worked in the engineering and construction sector in a range of operating, commercial and financial roles. He joined Clough in February 2001.
