American Disposal Services obtains commercial injection well permit in the Eagle Ford Shale

American Disposal Services announce the receipt of a commercial injection well permit from the Texas Railroad Commission in Atascosa County one mile northwest of Fashing.

When the new facility is completed, it will allow American to serve its customers in the heart of drilling and production activity in the Eagle Ford Shale.

"The receipt of the commercial injection well permit in Atascosa County marks a significant milestone for American Disposal Services. The new facility and injection well will enable us to save our customers time and money by decreasing fluid hauling times and wait times due to its proximity to nearby Eagle Ford drilling and production activity. We will now move forward with the construction of the new disposal and truck washout facility and we anticipate the facility opening in the 3rd quarter of 2012," stated J.D.
