AGOCO Announces New Oil Discovery in Libya

NOC announces that Arabian Gulf Oil Company (AGOCO) has made a new oil discovery in the well D1-NC7-A (New Field Wildcat well) in Ghadames Basin. The well is located approximately 500 m south of Tripoli, and 170 km west of Hamada Oil field.

The estimated hydrocarbon volumes of this discovery are as the following:
Well name: D1-NC7A
OCIP: 62 MMbbls
Recoverable condensate: 19 MMbbls
OGIP: 2002 BCF
Recoverable Gas: 1700 BCF
