Reserves

The company's reserves were unchanged during 2006 with Proven and Probable reserves of 105bcf. Based on preliminary seismic reviews and structure definition, gas and oil resources have been estimated for the company's new licence application areas. As these licences are still at the stage of preliminary award, the company will await formal award of the licences expected in the second half of 2007 prior to formalising resource estimates.
