• Nominations to close on August 26th for the awards which seek to recognise employers who have helped improve safety and competency through the use of OPITO standards
• The awards to be presented at OPITO's second annual international safety and competency conference - OSCC 2011 - in Abu Dhabi on the 22nd of November

• Rona joins OPITO after seven years as government relations manager with Oil & Gas UK
• Rona will be a key addition as the organisation looks to establish the platform it has begun to build in Westminster during 2011

• Programme will provide long-lasting legacy to ensure lessons learned are not forgotten
