• Based on encouraging results, the Company has acquired additional working interest and is moving forward in the defining prospects.

• As originally announced on 29 August 2012, Nostra Terra acquired a 20 percent interest in the Prospect. During drilling, an on-going leasing program has also been underway to expand the Prospect holdings.

• The CT5 horizontal well was recently spudded.

• On 14 April 2011 Richfield (formerly Hewitt Energy Group, Inc.) issued to the Company a US$1.3 million secured loan note (the "Note") which has been accruing interest at 10% per annum from the date of issue and which matured on 31 January 2012.
• On 1 February 2012, Nostra Terra began foreclosing on the Note and a hearing took place on 1 March 2013 on Nostra Terra's motion for partial summary judgment ("Motion").

• Following additional production from recent wells, the Company's anticipated monthly revenues for January 2013 are expected to be c. US$110,000 (net of royalties), more than double the November 2012 figure.

• The most recent ten days of production have averaged 505 barrels of oil equivalent per day (BOEPD), once again significantly above the board's original expectations of achieving 200 BOEPD.
