Production

In the Danish part of the North Sea the A.P. Moller - Maersk Group's share of DUC's oil production was 21 million barrels in the first six months of the year, which was slightly below that of the same period in 2005 (22 million barrels). The share of gas sales approx. 2 billion m3 was at the level of that in the first half year 2005.

In Qatar the A.P. Moller - Maersk Group's share of production was 13 million barrels compared to 14 million barrels in the first half year 2005 and in Algeria 5.9 million barrels compared to 5.6 million barrels. The lower production share in Qatar is due to higher government share as a consequence of higher oil prices.

In Great Britain the A.P. Moller - Maersk Group's share of the production was 8.5 million barrels of oil and a minor volume of gas.
