• During the third week in February and through the second week in March, approximately 1,515 Bbls/d and 1.7 MMcf/d of our Red Lake field production was entirely shut-in.

• The Taratu-1 well is at a current depth of 323m and is drilling towards an expected total depth of approximately 350m.
• During the week, the Washpool-1 well reached a depth of 219m before being suspended.

• Taratu-1 is located approximately 3km to the west of Wangaloa-2 and is at a current depth of 137m, drilling towards an expected total depth of approximately 350m.

• AGL acquired the interest in the Kaheru Permit through its corporate acquisition in 2010 of Mosaic Oil.
• The other partners in the permit are ROC Oil (50% and Operator), TAG Oil (20%) and L&M Energy (15%).

• The programme is intended to give sufficient data to determine the coal seam gas potential of the Kaitangata area.

• This agreement allows LME to significantly de-risk a new exploration area at minimal cost whilst retaining a healthy exposure to potential upside in the permit and reflects a growing interest in high quality exploration acreage such as Alton.

• L&M Energy provide an update regarding its Kaitangata CSG appraisal programme within PEP 38219, located 60km south of Dunedin.

• Wangaloa-2, located approximately 1.6 km to the southwest of Wangaloa-1, is at a current depth of 166m and drilling ahead towards an estimated target depth of 350m.

• L&M Energy is pleased to announce drilling is scheduled to recommence later this week within its Kaitangata permit (PEP 38219), located 60km south of Dunedin.

• L&M Energy (LME) announced that it intends to drill a new well in the dormant Kahili gas condensate field with the aim of generating significant cashflow within 12 months.
• The Kahili field was discovered in 2002 and the previous permit holder achieved commercial gas and condensate flows via the Kahili-1B well.
• Kahili-1B produced 0.18 BCF of gas and 5.53 mbbls of condensate prior to production ceasing unexpectedly in 2004.
