• EnCore has been re-registered as a private company.
• The EnCore Shares will cease to be admitted to trading on AIM at or about 8:00 a.m. on 17 January 2012.

• This well was expected to take 20 days, however, some thirteen days have been lost due to bad weather.

• Premier Oil plc and EnCore Oil plc had agreed the terms of a recommended acquisition by Premier of the entire issued and to be issued ordinary share capital of EnCore by means of a scheme of arrangement.

• TAQA Bratani makes agreement with Premier Oil to purchase certain assets that Premier will acquire following completion of its acquisition of Encore Oil.
• TAQA will acquire a 16.6% per cent working interest in the Sterling-operated Cladhan area.

• The Acquisition is to be implemented by way of a Court-sanctioned scheme of arrangement of EnCore.
