Production

As of December 31, 2005, the Company's net production approximated 56 million cubic feet equivalents (Mmcfe) per day. Net productive potential approximated 58 Mmcfe per day, but actual production was restricted by pipeline and surface production facility constraints. For the quarter ending March 31, 2006, the Company expects production to total 4.6 to 4.8 billion cubic feet equivalents (Bcfe).
