• Bayfield Energy Holdings plc ("Bayfield") announced that it was to be acquired by Trinity Exploration & Production Limited ("TEPL") on 15 October 2012.
• Revenue of US$36.2 million (2011: US$22 million).
• Average gross production from the Trintes field increased by 43% to 1,715 bopd (2011: 1,202 bopd).

• Trinity plc's current production (on a 'post-Merger' basis) is approximately 3,965 bbl/d (net) (100 per cent. oil) and an active development drilling campaign is expected to grow this to 5,000 bbl/d (net) by the end of 2013.
• Trinity plc will be led by Bruce Dingwall CBE as Executive Chairman and Joel "Monty" Pemberton as CEO and the management team will be based in San Fernando, Trinidad.
• Initial focus will be on Trinidad, which is a prolific hydrocarbon province that has been under-exploited and offers significant growth opportunities.

• The most recent development side-track, well B1X, was completed in November and oil production from this well has stabilised at a rate of approximately 330 bopd.
• The Rowan Gorilla III rig was released by Niko Resources (Trinidad and Tobago) Limited ("Niko") in mid-November and the contract assigned by Bayfield and Niko to a third party operator in Trinidad for a period of at least six months.

• Reached agreement on the terms of a conditional merger of Bayfield and Trinity (the "Merger").
• Trinity is a leading private independent oil and gas company with onshore and offshore assets in Trinidad, headquartered in San Fernando, Trinidad.
