Winstar’s corporate strategy is founded upon four key ingredients, incorporating low downside risk and high upside potential:

Financial Stability

The Company is fortunate to have a small group of sophisticated shareholders, which holds approximately 54% of Winstar’s outstanding shares, and has expressed its strong belief in the assets and future of the Company.  Winstar is biased toward conservatively financing operations by utilizing primarily internally-generated cash flows.

World Class Assets

Growth

Winstar will focus primarily on high impact Tunisian wells which have the potential to substantially increase cash flow and production.  Future activity will be funded, in great part, internally, by cash flow and divestment of non-core assets, and externally, through joint venture partnerships.
