Skope Energy is a Canadian public oil and natural gas company and is in the business of oil and natural gas exploration, development and production in Western Canada with a focus on shallow natural gas. The Company was recently formed to acquire an 80% working interest in a package of producing shallow gas assets, located in southeast Alberta and southwest Saskatchewan.
The Company's business model follows a disciplined strategy which targets the addition of assets through acquisitions during periods which Management deems are cyclical lows. The Company distributes surplus cash to investors in the form of quarterly dividends.
