Panoro Energy was formed through the merger of Norse Energy's former Brazilian business and Pan Petroleum on June 29, 2010. The Company is listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange with ticker PEN. The company holds a balanced portfolio of production, development and exploration assets in Brazil and West Africa. The completion of the merger with Pan Petroleum creates a strong South Atlantic oil & gas independent with a reserve and resource base in the order of 200 MMBOE.
