Description
Northern Offshore, Ltd. is a Bermuda holding company which operates offshore oil and gas production and drilling vessels deployed around the world. The Northern Offshore fleet operates in various markets including the North Sea, the Indian Ocean, offshore Russia, the Mediterranean Sea and Southeast Asia.
Northern Offshore Ltd. was created in July 2000 and reorganized into its current form on June 2, 2005 when a new Board of Directors was elected. The company was listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange in September 2007 and trades under the symbol "NOF". In late 2007 and early 2008, a new management team was formed to undertake a growth strategy for the company.
