New Standard Energy was formed in 1995 for the purpose of establishing a portfolio of oil and gas exploration assets in the Canning Basin.
The company's objective is to systematically explore its portfolio in the Canning Basin with a view to identifying and developing significant deposits of oil from geographical settings known to host oil and gas.
In addition to their extensive Canning Basin portfolio, New Standard Energy are also seeking to diversify their asset portfolio through the assessment of additional exploration prospects, production assets and other complementary opportunities in the energy sector.
