NOF Energy
Description
NOF Energy is the leading business development organisation for companies involved in the UK oil, gas, nuclear and offshore wind sectors.
Headquartered in North East England, we are a national organisation with various global partners around the world.
Our membership features companies from throughout the UK and is at its highest in the 21-year history of the organisation. At present we have 340 members, however, we also provide some commercial services to non members who pay a premium for the support provided.
NOF Energy has a long history of providing business support to the UK oil, gas and energy industries. As a proactive industry-led organisation, we have now achieved unrivalled success in supporting companies not just in the UK market but also internationally.
Our key focus is the oil and gas sector but we are now becoming increasingly active in both the nuclear and offshore wind sectors. There are many synergies between the skills and technologies in these energy sectors, and it is our intention to ensure NOF Energy members win business in all.
Partnerships are very important to us. We work with other associations and Government bodies to give our members access to the full range of support available in the UK and internationally.
Our primary partners in the UK include One NorthEast, DECC, UK Trade & Investment, Oil & Gas UK, and Aberdeen and Grampian Chamber of Commerce. We also work with many other partners across the world through our Global Partner initiative.
Driven by industry, our board is made up of 16 key businesses and organisations who guide our strategy and business plan. The board directors guarantee we are realistic with our objectives but focused on our members. It is servicing our members' business development needs and partnering with them to help them succeed thatmakes us a very effective and successful organisation.
With ambitious plans for the future and a strong professional team, NOF Energy will continue to grow and develop its role as the leading membership organisation for suppliers to the energy industry.
