Oil And Gas
The Company's Oil & Gas Unit offers a North Sea and international transactional service, covering all aspects of upstream practice, including licensing, acquisitions, unitisation, transportation agreements and gas sales. The Unit has extensive oil service contracting experience, both in the UK and internationally. We are heavily involved in financial work, including advising oil and gas companies engaged in AIM and other capital markets flotations, Nomads and brokerage houses involved in such transactions, and carrying out material contracts due diligence in oil and gas service company acquisitions. Most recently the Unit has been engaged by a Canadian Province to advise issues on offshore oil and gas law, and MMS has thus begun an upstream oil and gas regulatory practice.
