Gazprom Neft is one of the largest and fastest growing oil and gas producers in Russia.

The key areas of the Company’s operations include the exploration, development, production and sale of crude oil and gas, as well as oil refining and the marketing of petroleum products. Gazprom Neft operates in the largest oil and gas regions in Russia: Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug, Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, and Tomsk and Omsk Regions. The company’s major refining facilities are located in Omsk, Moscow, and the Yaroslavl regions, as well as in Serbia.

Gazprom Neft’s proven hydrocarbon reserves under the SPE (PRMS) classification exceed 1 billion tons of oil equivalent, making it one of the world’s top twenty oil companies. By acquiring new assets in Russia and abroad, the Company’s resource base is increasing year by year.

The Gazprom Neft Group includes over 70 crude production, refining and marketing companies in Russia, CIS and non-CIS countries, which are consolidated on a vertical integrated basis. The company processes a ratio of over 70% of produced oil and is an industry leader. As at 2010, Gazprom Neft was named as one of the top five Russian oil companies in terms of crude oil production, refining, and sales of petroleum products.

Gazprom Neft sells its products in Russia through its own extensive sales network and also exports to over 50 countries worldwide. At present, the Company’s network of petrol stations (its own, leased, and franchised) consists of more than 1,596 stations in Russia, CIS countries, and Europe.
