Gasol are an AIM-listed company founded to capitalise on opportunities in the oil and gas sector. We aim to become the premier Africa-focused independent gas company.
Our strategy is to focus on building a substantial business working along the LNG value-chain; this involves gas gathering, liquefaction of natural gas (LNG), and the shipment and regasification of LNG into high-value markets world-wide. We are currently pursuing LNG opportunities in Nigeria and Equatorial Guinea, as well as other Gulf of Guinea countries.
Gasol has successfully formed strong alliances with Afren plc, who are our upstream partner; Teekay Corporation, who are our strategic partner to develop floating LNG solutions, pipelines and other infrastructure and also shipping; with E.ON Ruhrgas AG, who are our strategic partner in Nigeria; and with Electricite de France, who are our strategic partner in the Gulf of Guinea countries excluding Nigeria.
