E.ON AG in Düsseldorf serves as Group Management. It oversees and coordinates the operations of the entire Group. Five global units are responsible for Generation, Renewables, New Build & Technology, Gas and Trading. Twelve regional units in Europe manage our operational business in their respective countries. Russia is a special focus country. Support functions like IT or procurement are delivered by Group-wide entities.
E.ON AG, Düsseldorf, is the E.ON Group's Corporate Center. E.ON operates along the entire value chain in power and gas. These operations are organized geographically or functionally in market units (MU) in line with the structure of the Groups respective target markets. The lead company of each MU is responsible for integrating and coordinating operations across its target market. Business units manage day-to-day operations. In addition to our activities in Europe and Russia, we operate an electric and gas utility business and renewable-source generating assets in North America.
