Description
Dominion Petroleum is an independent oil and gas exploration company headquartered in Bermuda and operating solely in East Africa. It has acquired exclusive rights over four large and contiguous contract areas of Tanzania, under three production sharing agreements with the Tanzanian Petroleum Development Corporation and the government of Tanzania. In July 2007, Dominion signed a Production Sharing Agreement (‘PSA') with the Government of the Republic of Uganda for Exploration Block 4B, which is located in the south-west of the country, on the border contiguous with the Democratic Republic of Congo.
