CYGAM Energy Inc. is a publicly traded exploration company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange in Canada. The Company has producing oil and gas properties in Canada and extensive international exploration concessions.

The main focus of the Corporation is the creation of shareholder value through the acquisition, exploration and development of international permits, primarily in Italy, Tunisia and theMediterranean area. CYGAM currently holds various interests in six exploratory concessions in Italy and four exploratory concessions in Tunisia, encompassing 3.5 million gross acres (over 1.8 million net acres).

CYGAM currently conducts international activities through wholly-owned subsidiaries: Vega Oil S.p.A. in Italy and Rigo Oil Company Tunisia Ltd. in Tunisia. Our local operations ensure CYGAM carries out a proven work program with cultural attention and with close proximity to a vast European market.

By leveraging the experience of a highly specialized management team, the company enables a range of exploration plays, the development of a balanced portfolio, and strong global relationships.

Strategically, CYGAM is well positioned to provide shareholder return through exploration and development activities, competitive acquisitions, direct joint ventures, and a larger prospect size than typically available in North America.

CYGAM continues to look for other participation opportunities in the Mediterranean region. Such exposure to multiple international projects will reduce the inherent risk of oil and gas exploration and increase the probability of making one or more significant discoveries. The Company plans to target future foreign projects in known and prospective hydrocarbon basins, with a focus on jurisdictions that include foreign oil and gas companies operating within stable political and favorable fiscal environments. Unfavorable economic conditions may adversely affect the Company’s growth plans as reduced access to capital markets would limit the funds available for such additional exploration and development.
