Capco Energy Inc. is an oil and gas production and exploration company focusing its operations in USA, with emphasis in Offshore Gulf of Mexico. The Company was incorporated in 1981 and reorganized in 2000 by the current management and directors. Since the beginning of 2003, the Company has focused its efforts on consummation of various offshore and onshore acquisitions, and expended a significant portion its cash resources to refurbish various onshore and offshore facilities in order to commence production. The Company also participated in offshore acquisitions for a total purchase price of about $25 million in the 2nd Quarter of 2005. The Company has retained options to acquire 100% of the acquired property over a period of time.
