Bridge Resources Corp. changed its name from Transco Resources Corp. effective September 8, 2006. The Company's principal business activities are the acquisition, exploration and development, production, and marketing of petroleum and natural gas. Since the restructuring of the Company in 2005, its main focus has been evaluation of international oil and gas opportunities. The culmination of this restructuring and evaluation was the acquisition of Bridge North Sea Limited in September 2006. With this acquisition the Company will focus its resources in the southern portion of the UK North Sea gas area.
